Office Hours amidst the Pandemic
In light of continuing events, we have discontinued all sit-down appointments with customers. We are asking everyone to use our drop-off service rather than remaining in our office. The drop-off service is simple, convenient, and saves money and time!! Seal your paperwork in an envelope or zip-top bag (some are provided on the side of the drop box), make sure you include your contact information (text/email/phone) and any questions/concerns you may have, and drop it in the black drop box in front of our office!! We will contact you if anything is missing or we have questions. When your paperwork is complete, we will text/email/phone you to let you know it is ready for signatures.
Due to the continued pandemic, and the recent spikes in new cases, we do ask that you be respectful of our health and well-being by properly wearing a mask when inside our office. We all need to do our part to help stop the spread!!
We understand that people remain concerned about how COVID-19 will continue to affect the community over the coming weeks and months. We are doing all we can to prevent the spread of any virus. As always, if you believe you are experiencing symptoms, please do not bring them to our office!! Please remember to support your local businesses (not just us!) during these times. If you suspect you may have contracted the virus, please follow the CDC/WHO guidelines. Right now more than ever, working together as a community is paramount.
Our office has grown, but office hours are still by appointment only, including picking up and dropping off paperwork . You can still use the 24-hour drop box in front of the office with no appointment!!
Open office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm-8pm, and Saturdays 9am-noon through Monday April 18, 2022. We do require you to set up a ten minute pick up appointment when you have been notified your paperwork is complete. If you have questions before/at drop off, please feel free to book a ten minute drop off appointment as well!! Office hours may change, if the need arises.
New Services for This Tax Season!!!
NEW FOR THE 2022 INCOME TAX SEASON:
You can still do everything at our office - via our drop off service! In-person cash payments still save you 10%, but we also accept secure payments online to our PayPal account, as well as debit/credit card payments and personal checks in the office.
We now offer a 100% virtual service, which keeps everyone safe and secure! This new service allows you to upload all of your tax documents securely to us, electronically sign your completed tax documents, and even pay securely right from the comfort of your own home!!! Just shoot me an email at Rwise@WiseTaxPrep.com, and I will send you the secure link!!
We are also working on making virtual 'meetings' available through Microsoft Teams for those who need to discuss things 'in person.'

You can now book your appointment online for pickup and/or drop off!! As the deadline approaches, the automated appointment calendar may appear to be full. It is always our goal to help each and every person that comes our way, no matter how close to the deadline. If you cannot locate an available appointment time on the automated calendar, please give us a call, as we can usually find something that will work for your schedule!

Signatures and Pick-up
For signatures and pick-up of completed returns, appointments are now required. If you happen to just stop in during the office hours, we will do our very best to work everyone in, as we are always more than happy to assist you!!
