Please be aware that our cutoff date for incoming paperwork guaranteed to be completed before deadline is March 15th.  Paperwork arriving after this date may very well end up on extension, as well as incur additional fees.  Please see the note on the Pricing & Rates page regarding deadlines and pricing changes.  We will do our best to complete as much paperwork as possible, and will never leave you 'high and dry' with your taxes!!!


Each of the Documents below can be downloaded by clicking on the link above the document preview for your convenience.   To complete the form electronically (which can be emailed back to us through our secure portal), click on the 'pop-out' button in the upper right corner of the window of the form you are viewing.  Use the top option to open with Google docs at the top.  Simple as that!!
